1. Who we are

This website is operated by Clover-X, Gujarat, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), Clover-X is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

Contact for all privacy questions and requests: info@clover-x.in

2. Summary

  • We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools.
  • Our fonts are served from our own website, not from Google or other font services.
  • We only collect personal data that you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.
  • We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the area of interest you select and the project details you write, together with the date and time of your message.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss and provide our services. We process it on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the consent box before sending the form.

If you email us directly, we use your email address and message in the same way.

4. Service providers we use

  • Formspree, Inc. (USA) receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Its privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
  • GitHub, Inc. (USA) hosts this website through GitHub Pages. When you visit, GitHub processes technical data such as your IP address and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Its privacy statement: GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Because these providers are based in the United States, your data may be processed outside India. Such transfers are permitted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act, and both providers apply their own security and privacy safeguards.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any work that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

6. How we protect your data

This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiries is limited to the Clover-X team members who need it to reply to you.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it,
  • have your data corrected, completed, updated or erased,
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it),
  • have your grievances addressed, and
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

To use any of these rights, email info@clover-x.in. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given to you by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Links to other websites

Our team pages link to LinkedIn, GitHub, Medium and personal portfolio websites. These sites are only contacted when you click a link, and their own privacy policies then apply.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website, our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
